Due to the health and safety standards for perishable products, we’re unable to accept exchanges or returns on our coffee. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you find any mistakes in your order, or if your items are damaged in transit, then please reach out to us at <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> and include your order number in the subject line.</p><p>To return unused merchandise (apparel and drink ware), then please email us at <a href="mailto:[email protected]">[email protected]</a> with your order number and the reason for your request within 30 days of purchase. Store credit (minus shipping) will be issued for all eligible merchandise returns. We do not offer exchanges at this time, only returns.   </p><p>Please allow a minimum of 24 hours for a response from our team. </p>
